ALL return requests must be made directly to your Distributor or the company who sold you your part. Typically, all returns are governed by the seller’s terms of sale which are stated on their invoice or on their website.
If you purchased your part from a Warehouse Distributor or Auto Parts Store:
Please contact them with a detailed description of your issue and the reason for your return.
If you purchased your part online please submit a return request on the same website that you purchased your part from.
Typically, when you purchase from a website you get two notifications which you will find in your email inbox. An acknowledgement of the sale email and an acknowledgement of shipping email. You should be able to respond to either of these emails requesting a return per their terms of sale.
