Check for TSB’s.

Correct all other engine trouble codes.

Check or replace all 02’s.

De-Carbonize all engines over 80,000 miles.

Inspect for head and intake gasket leaks.

Z

Check EGR system and clean ports of excess car- bon build up.

Inspect and test fuel pressure. Leaking injectors?

Check for heavy oil usage.

Z

Monitor fuel trim for signs of excessive correction by the PCM.

DO NOT USE silicone sealers.

Z

Reset all monitors and Drive Cycle test.

Z

PCM Re-flash if needed.

Z

Fill out the warranty card.
